黑密寶寶原來的品牌系統最大的問題就是它的品牌不統一。這種不統一體現在兩個地方︰第一,各個終端之間的品牌標識不統一。聯系到我們剛剛提到的問題,這也是黑密寶寶品牌發展過快引起的,大量的加盟商在全國各地不斷開新的終端,但是卻缺乏一個統一的管理出口,導致每個終端都沒有一系列的標準化設計,品牌標識和空間設計的都非常不統一。
第二,是黑密寶寶養發的產品品牌和終端品牌沒有明顯地區分開來。在很多的門店中,終端品牌形象和產品品牌形象是混用的,會同時出現黑密寶寶或絲域養發館Hair Spa的品牌標識,這會導致客戶對黑密寶寶整個品牌的認知不清晰。
