When an IBA that is either a VP or EVP promotes and encourages their group
to market enough product that results in an average of 5 matching checks per
week during the quarter, that IBA will have achieved the status of

Bonus:
Once you have qualified, you will earn an additional 15% of the matching bonus
earned in the quarter.
When an IBA that is either a VP or EVP promotes and encourages their group
to market enough product that results in an average of 10 matching checks per
week during the quarter, that IBA will have achieved the status of
Environmental Hero_ national.
